What is BESTEP you may ask?
An academic-oriented English proficiency test developed by the MOE specifically for domestic students which focuses on assessing English skills in international academic and workplace situations. It includes speaking, writing, listening and reading tests and can be linked to the CEFR test levels.

Oh and did we mention that you can take it for FREE?! 

What’s in it for me?
In addition to gaining experience in English proficiency tests, by completing the exam and reaching B2 level in all 4 skills, you are eligible to receive NT$3000 as a part of the BESTEP Awards!

You can also apply for the English Exam Award and Freshman EMI Award across different departments in NCCU!
